On September 20, 2025, Chongqing Chuke Intelligent Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chuke Intelligent") welcomed a group of established customers to the factory for a hands-on training on the operation of a five-axis
Automatic Laser Welding Machine. This training marked a new phase for Chuke Intelligent in its high-end equipment services, focusing on "technology delivery + full lifecycle support," providing a core driver for the intelligent transformation of global customers.
In Chuke Intelligent's 20,000-square-meter modern factory, the technical director led a team in an immersive training session for customers. The training covered five modules: five-axis linkage principles, laser safety regulations, automatic wire feeding system debugging, vision positioning calibration, and practical application of typical cases. For customer-specific scenarios such as "aluminum-steel dissimilar metal welding" and "curved battery tray sealing," the engineering team demonstrated how to optimize parameters to reduce the heat-affected zone to less than 0.3 mm and achieve weld strength that reached 95% of the parent material.
"The equipment's user interface supports switching between 12 languages, but the essence of the technology requires face-to-face instruction," the technical director emphasized during the training. Chuke Intelligent provides each customer with a dedicated technical profile, documenting their production line characteristics, material parameters, and past issues, ensuring the training content is precisely tailored to their specific needs. A representative from a Thai automotive parts supplier stated, "The five five-axis welding machines we purchased have already been deployed in our battery tray production line. This training will help us shorten the equipment's run-in period and increase production capacity by an estimated 30%."
"Chuke Intelligent's technological iteration speed has exceeded expectations," a customer commented. "They not only address traditional challenges like weld spatter and porosity, but also utilize a modular design that makes the equipment compatible with different laser brands. This provides a key advantage for us in expanding into the European market." Chuke Intelligent is reportedly already collaborating with several international giants, and its five-axis welding machines can seamlessly integrate with mainstream industrial robot systems.
The customer team will return to their respective companies with customized process solutions. Xiao Renmin, Chairman of Chuke Intelligent, said: "We not only want to sell equipment, but also become a partner in our customers' intelligent transformation. In the future, we will continue to invest in research and development to let Chinese laser technology illuminate global manufacturing production lines." The successful conclusion of this training not only confirms Chuke Intelligent's technological leadership in the field of high-end equipment, but also demonstrates the leapfrog development of China's intelligent manufacturing from "product output" to "technology standard output."
