Product Description

This fully automatic valve cover Dot Matrix Marking Machine is derived from our best-selling fully automatic Flange Valve Marking Machine platform. It's a one-stop Pneumatic marking machine solution specifically designed for valve top covers. Because marking only needs to be done on one side of the top cover, it eliminates the rotating clamps standard in flange series valves, resulting in a more compact structure and reduced costs.

To support high-speed loading and unloading by the robotic arm and compatibility with multiple valve cover sizes, the machine incorporates a 200 mm stroke servo movement module that automatically adjusts the width to prevent collisions between the robotic arm and the marking needles. A pair of photoelectric photoelectric switches and a distance sensor report the "workpiece presence" signal to the MES in real time, eliminating the risk of repeated loading and dry marking. A dual-cylinder clamping device enables rapid clamping and release in 0.3 seconds. Upon receiving instructions from the MES, the Dot Peen Marking Machine immediately calls the corresponding template to complete depth-controlled dot marking and sends the encoding and marking results back to the MES, achieving full-process traceability.

If customers want to upgrade to contactless, more precise marking in the future, they can directly replace the Fiber Laser Marking Machine module on the same rack. This allows for a smooth transition from a pneumatic Marking Machine to a Laser Marking Machine without changing the production line, balancing cost-effectiveness and future-oriented design.
